These gem balls are drilled so the gems will face outward. Gems are 90 Degrees to the threaded hole.

We can not gaurantee that if you buy 2 of these that they will thread exactly the same on each and every shaft. From the production run that we did, these all threaded very close to the same gem facing angle on a variety of shafts.
